American Borate Company (ABC) has supplied borates in North America for over 30 years. We take pride in our customer service and the fact that our team has more than 65 combined years of technical and sales experience in the use and marketing of borates.

We try to respond to technical and sales issues within 24 hours and are prepared to answer your call with “live” personnel.

At ABC, order to delivery lead-times are typically less than three days. We stock most standard pack sizes on the floor and usually ship within 24 hours of the customer’s order. Reduced lead times means less cost to the customer.  In addition, we will produce product configurations according to batch requirements or non-standard weights, which lowers our customer's handling costs.

ABC also has a full-time, full-service logistics department dedicated to arranging freight service for our customers.
